Cancellations must be done on the day you placed your order before 5pm (CST). You must call 318-220-4502 to cancel. We strongly uphold this policy as we begin cooking and preparing your popcorn shipment immediately after this time. Thank you for your understanding.
*All shipping charges for returns need to be paid by the consumer unless it is our packaging error. Items must be returned within 3 days of purchase. Sugarwalk Popcorn can not be responsible for address errors on orders. If an order is undeliverable to the customer, is returned to us by the shipping carrier, and needs to be re-shipped due to a customer error when entering the delivery address, the customer will be responsible for paying for the additional shipping.
- Package all merchandise to be returned.
- We require you request delivery confirmation when you ship your package back to us. Please email us at:firstname.lastname@example.org. We cannot be responsible for lost shipments returned to us. We are not responsible for the original or return shipping charges unless it is our packaging error. No C.O.D. return shipments will be accepted for product returns.
- Please include a brief note containing the reason for the return, and what you would like done in terms of a replacement, store credit, or refund.
